What is the difference between processing time and shipping time?
- Processing Time: Processing time refers to the time it takes to create and package your order to ship.
- Shipping Time: Shipping time refers to the time it takes for USPS to deliver your order.
Processing times and shipping times are NOT the same. If processing time takes 3 weeks, and shipping time takes 3-5 business days, it is best to place your order at a minimum 4 weeks BEFORE your event date.
Orders needed for the same week are not accepted. No exceptions.
What happens if my item tracking says delivered but I never received it?
In a case where USPS marks off a package as delivered but the buyer allegedly did not receive their package, we encourage buyers to allow an additional 24-48 hours for the item to appear as in many cases USPS will premark a package before it is delivered. However, should the package allegedly not appear, it is the responsibility of the BUYER to file a claim with the postal service using the tracking number provided for their order.
The seller is not responsible for orders allegedly not received but marked as delivered as this is the responsibility of the postal service. No refunds are given in this situation.
