Collection: Order Upgrades

If you need a rush order, you can find two upgrade options below. Please note that you must confirm with us regarding a rush order PRIOR to purchasing the rush order processing option. 

Rush orders and expedited shipping are NOT the same, and have different purposes. It is imperative that you read and understand the difference between the two. 

Due to the nature of custom items, we do not accept returns or cancellations. 

• Rush Order Processing: This applies to orders necessitating a quicker processing timeframe than our standard processing time. Our home page will always display our current processing times. It is imperative that you contact us PRIOR to adding this rush processing fee to your order to ensure we are able to accommodate a rush order for you. Please note that rush processing does not include expedited shipping. Any orders placed with a rush order processing fee that is unconfirmed with us, will result in an order cancellation, and a 20% retainer of said order. This means, if you do not confirm with us first, and you place a rush order that we cannot accommodate, we have the right to cancel your order and keep 20% of the cost.  

• Expedited Shipping Upgrade: This option is primarily available for those who may have forgotten to add priority mail shipping to their existing order, OR for those who wish to pay for faster shipping when placing an order. This can be purchased without our approval as long as any existing orders have not already been shipped out. This does not speed up your orders processing time.
