Refund policy
Due to the nature of custom and personalized items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final once any order has been shipped or any custom item production has begun.
Once your order has arrived, please inspect your item(s) immediately. Please notify us within 48 hours if your item(s) are defective, damaged, if you are missing an item or received an incorrect item.
We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. Please triple check your information before placing your orders. Should any order return back to us due to an incorrect shipping address, you (the customer) will be responsible for any order needing to be re-shipped back to you.
